WRITING

  

So...I was an avid writer in Jr. High...the writer of many horrific and formulaic fantasy novels that shall NEVER see the light of day. I also got into the habit of writing horrible, angsty poetry every time I had a crush on someone or got dumped. None of this is interesting or memorable, except that, when you write a lot (and I wrote a LOT), you get comfortable, and even, sometimes, good at it. You respect the written word. You grow to have a way with words, phrases and punctuation. Sometimes, people even pay you to do it, and sometimes, theatres produce your submitted play.
