Mulitdisciplinary Portfolio

Carolynne (Caro) Wilcox (she/they) is a bilingual, Latine theatre artist who has produced, performed, written and designed artwork for stage productions nationally and in the Pacific Northwest. 

Recent roles include Professor Wingnut in Centerstage's Beauty & The Beast Holiday Panto (2024); Warwick in Henry VI, Parts 2 & 3 with GreenStage (2024), The Angel of Death in Deli Dumrul at University of Washington Drama Dept/TPS Studio Theatre (2024) as well as professional credits as Manuel in Miss You Like Hell at Strawberry Theatre Workshop (2023),  Doña Dede in In the Time of The Butterflies at Book-It Rep (2022), and Ana (understudy w/performances) in The Book Club Play at Village Theatre (2022).

They also co-wrote & co-directed (with Hannah Votel) The Boxes We’re Kept In for the Strawberry 2023 Jam Director’s Festival (StrawShop), and several other short plays were read/produced in the past couple years locally by Drunken Owl Theatre, Pacific Play Company, Parley Productions and As If Theatre; nationally at Everett High School (Loom, 2023, Boston, MA), Phoenix College (In The Mirror, 2024, Phoenix, AZ) & Orpheus Theatre Company (Fate Demands It, 2023, Lancaster, PA). Their one-act, Further Unexpected Events, recently premiered as part of a friendraiser at The Shattered Glass Project (SGP) in August 2024. In 2025, their work will be shown locally in Seattle (SGP's Plays In Progress series, April); in Chicago at Otherworld Theatre (April), and internationally in Sydney, Australia at the Short & Sweet Festival (May). 

Additionally, Caro has been a world traveler since before she could walk, is an avid student of world mythology, and a kick-ass home chef! They hold a BFA in Acting from United States International University in San Diego, CA and an MFA in Theatre/Original Works from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.
