Carolynne (Caro) Wilcox - Multidisciplinary Portfolio
Carolynne (Caro) Wilcox (she/they) is a bilingual, Latine theatre artist and world traveller based in Seattle, WA who has produced, performed, written and designed artwork for stage productions nationally and in the Pacific Northwest.
Favorite multidisciplinary ventures include Baltimore Observed (ensemble, co-writer, graphic designer) and Dirty Little Rooms (producer, actor, visual designer) in Baltimore, MD; A Series of Small Cataclysms (co-writer, co-producer, actor, visual designer), Pandora and the Box (writer, actor, visual designer) and Stings Like Acid (co-writer, actor, co-producer, visual designer) in Seattle, WA.
Having recently played Doña Dede in In the Time of The Butterflies at Book-It Rep, they also understudied and performed the role of Ana in The Book Club Play at Village Theatre. As a Parley Productions Resident Playwright, an excerpt of her play, Guardiana de Recetas was presented as a staged reading, part of Parley's Dirty Beasts: Rough Plays in Development in October.
She holds a BFA in Theatre/Acting from United States International University in San Diego, CA, an MFA in Theatre/Original Works from Towson University in Maryland, and a certificate in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Seattle.
